Pleadable

An AI trademark platform that shows its sources

Agentic AI inside trademark prosecution — research, drafting, and office-action response, built to cite the primary text rather than paraphrase it.

Trademark prosecution runs on primary text. The TMEP, the Trademark Act, and the record of the application decide what an argument is allowed to say, and most of the work is not writing prose — it is finding the governing section and applying it without getting it wrong.

We built Pleadable around that constraint. The agents work inside the prosecution workflow, on the actual file, and every answer carries the citation behind it. A system that sounds confident and cannot show its source is worse than no system at all in this field, so the platform is built to be checked.

What we built

Four surfaces

Research

Search the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure and get the section back, not a paraphrase of it. Every answer carries the citation it was drawn from, so the attorney can check the source rather than trust the summary.

Drafting

USPTO-compliant filings assembled against the record, in the structure the office expects. The draft is a starting position for a professional, not a document that files itself.

Office actions

Responses to refusals, specimen mismatches, and disclaimer requirements, each argument tied to the provision it turns on. The hard calls stay visible instead of being buried in fluent prose.

Prosecution pipeline

The matters in flight, their deadlines, and what each one is waiting on — kept in the same place as the work rather than in a spreadsheet beside it.

Status

Live, and unmeasured.

There is no published figure on this one yet. When there is a number we can stand behind, it will go here and not before — the same rule the other two engagements are held to.
